Marking a New Chapter, and the Tipping Point

Everyone gathered here in NYC today for Plasticity is part of the “team” – each with big roles to play in this space. You will hear about the challenges of scale, and what we need to do in order to help bring regulations (sometimes outdated for the new technologies and solutions we are introducing) into a role which helps us all collectively drive the circular economy across all of the plastic products and materials that we use today. We need all of the plastics numbered 1-7 to have value, not just the #1’s and #2’s, so there is demand for them in the aftermarket, or as Bill McDonough will say, the “next market”, and the next stage of their life, as a polymer.
